At GemDIY, we take pride in offering unique gemstones and handmade jewelry — each one truly one-of-a-kind. Every piece carries its own story, with natural variations in color, texture, and pattern that make it beautifully distinctive.

1. Our Commitment to Quality

Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our studio. We take every step to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

2. Natural & Handmade Beauty

  • Each gemstone’s origin, mineral layers, and natural inclusions give it its unique character.

  • Slight variations in shape, finish, or color are part of the artistry of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.

  • Photos are taken under natural light to represent each item as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the fragile and unique nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. Exceptions apply only in the rare event that:

  • Your order arrives damaged in transit, or

  • You receive an incorrect item.

If either occurs, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (based on the carrier’s tracking timestamp) by providing:

  1. Clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging

  2. Your order number and a brief description of the issue

Reports made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a store credit for the full purchase price.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Color, texture, or pattern variations due to the natural formation of gemstones

  • Small differences in size or shape due to handmade craftsmanship

  • Damage caused by wear, improper care, or alterations

5. Caring for Your Jewelry

To keep your piece looking its best:

  • Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged sunlight

  • Store in a soft pouch, away from other items, to prevent scratches
